In a few weeks, the new Junior Achievement Inspiration Center in Moline will open its door to area educators and students. This beautiful, modern facility will annually host more than 8,000 area youth as they apply their classroom financial literacy and career exploration in a real-life simulated setting.

While these students are learning about important career options and personal finance, thanks to creative thinking between JA and Moline Regional Community Foundation leadership, they will have an opportunity to give back to the community.
The “Giving Tree” will allow students to take action and donate to one of three area nonprofits. This year, students will choose between Niabi Zoo, River Bend Food Bank, or Living Lands and Waters. Based on the students’ decisions, MRCF will donate funding to all three of these nonprofits at the end of the school year.
MRCF is proud to partner with area educators and JA to encourage the next generation of citizens to continue our region’s legacy of caring about their community.
